These monster ribs are sourced from the same great ranchers as our brisket. Three ribs per rack, spiced with our house seasoning and black pepper. Smoked for 8-10 hours. Super rich and beefy with an incredible bark. Approximately 0.8-2 pounds each, great for sharing!
